- 2 cl | 2/3 oz elderberry syrup
- Ice
- 15 cl | 5 oz Prosecco
- 4-5 fresh mint leaves
- A splash of Soda
- 1 lemon or lime wedge
Chill a glass, then pour in the elderberry syrup and a few ice cubes.
Pour in the Prosecco and 2-3 mint leaves.
Top up the glass with soda.
Add ice with the help of tongs. Mix carefully and delicately with a bar spoon.
Garnish with a few mint leaves and a slice of lime or lemon.
