Pistachio Tiramisu is a delightful variation of the classic Tiramisu, the traditional Italian dessert. It consists of delicious layers of ladyfingers soaked in espresso and a luscious mascarpone cream infused with the rich flavor of pistachios. The top layer is delicately sprinkled with finely chopped pistachios or cocoa powder to add a finishing touch.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g mascarpone cheese at room temperature
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • 200 g pistachio spread unsweetened
  • 250 ml brewed espresso coffee cooled
  • 80 ml water
  • 200 g ladyfinger cookies
  • 50 g chopped pistachios

Instructions
 

  • Soak the ladyfingers in espresso syrup until they become moist.
  • Take a baking dish and line the bottom with the soaked ladyfingers.
  • Generously spread a layer of the pistachio mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Sprinkle some finely chopped pistachios on top.
  • Repeat these layers, alternating between the soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and chopped pistachios. Finally, finish off the dessert with a final layer of the mascarpone pistachio cream and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios on the very top.
  • Refrigerate your pistachio tiramisu dessert for at least 4 hours before serving.
