- 250 g mascarpone cheese at room temperature
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 200 g pistachio spread unsweetened
- 250 ml brewed espresso coffee cooled
- 80 ml water
- 200 g ladyfinger cookies
- 50 g chopped pistachios
Soak the ladyfingers in espresso syrup until they become moist.
Take a baking dish and line the bottom with the soaked ladyfingers.
Generously spread a layer of the pistachio mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Sprinkle some finely chopped pistachios on top.
Repeat these layers, alternating between the soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone mixture, and chopped pistachios. Finally, finish off the dessert with a final layer of the mascarpone pistachio cream and a sprinkle of chopped pistachios on the very top.
Refrigerate your pistachio tiramisu dessert for at least 4 hours before serving.
