  • 100 ml fresh liquid cream or heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons hazelnut spread
  • 180 ml coffee (espresso or moka)
  • Coffee powder for decoration

  • Start by pouring the fresh liquid cream into a small saucepan. Warm it gently over low heat—be careful not to boil it.
  • Add the hazelnut spread to the warmed cream. Stir slowly until the spread is completely dissolved and well combined with the cream. Once the mixture is smooth, let it cool down.
  • While your hazelnut cream is cooling, brew 180 ml of coffee. If you have an espresso machine, use it to get that rich, full-bodied flavor. If not, a strong coffee brewed with a stovetop moka pot will also work well.
  • Now it’s time to bring everything together. In 4 cups, divide your freshly brewed coffee. Add a generous dollop of the hazelnut cream and enjoy your Hazelnut Coffee immediately!
