Red Wine Blueberry Spritz Cocktail, a Low-carb Italian Spritz Version

This cocktail is a low-carb version of the Italian Spritz. This recipe is very easy to make at home, and it is a perfect apéritif cocktail.

Ingredients
  

  • 24 frozen blueberries
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 240 ml dry red wine
  • 400 ml sparkling water
  • 4 tablespoons cranberry juice without adding sugar
  • Fresh mint leaves for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Divide the frozen blueberries between 4 cocktail glasses. Lightly mash them with a wooden spoon.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour 60 ml of red wine into each glass, and add a tablespoon of cranberry juice.
  • Top up glasses with sparkling water.
  • Stir well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
