Red Wine Blueberry Spritz Cocktail, a Low-carb Italian Spritz Version
This cocktail is a low-carb version of the Italian Spritz. This recipe is very easy to make at home, and it is a perfect apéritif cocktail.

- 24 frozen blueberries
- Ice cubes as needed
- 240 ml dry red wine
- 400 ml sparkling water
- 4 tablespoons cranberry juice without adding sugar
- Fresh mint leaves for decoration
Divide the frozen blueberries between 4 cocktail glasses. Lightly mash them with a wooden spoon.
Fill glasses with ice cubes.
Pour 60 ml of red wine into each glass, and add a tablespoon of cranberry juice.
Top up glasses with sparkling water.
Stir well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and enjoy!
